Return and Exchange Policy: We at Care Window are committed to providing the best service and do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible, according to the following terms and conditions:
Time Frame Policy for Returning or Exchanging Purchases:
Exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase according to the systems of the Ministry of Commerce, exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.
Return within 3 days from the date of purchase according to the systems of the Ministry of Commerce, returns are not accepted after 3 days.
Conditions for Returning or Exchanging Purchases:
The product must be in its original packaging and wrapping, unused, unopened, and the packaging must not be altered.
When returning, all accessories, attachments, and any gifts received with the product at purchase must be included in their original packaging.
In case of product damage or any manufacturing defect, we bear all shipping and replacement costs. If you wish to exchange or return for any other reason, the customer bears all costs incurred.
If the product was purchased during a promotional period and the customer wishes to return it, the refunded amount will be equal to the product’s value during the promotional period.
For your safety, makeup products, nail polish, perfumes, body sprays, nails, and eyelashes cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the product is in its original condition.
The original purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be attached when initiating the return or exchange process.
Care Window is not responsible for delays in shipments by the shipping company, and the customer must contact the shipping company directly after sending the product.
Method of Return and Exchange:
The customer has the option to either get a refund for their purchase or exchange it for another product from the website, depending on availability.
In case of product damage or manufacturing errors, the item will be replaced with another of the same product.
The refund will be processed after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is verified, then the amount will be credited to the customer’s account.
Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Privacy:
Care Window is not responsible for any loss of customer data during the return or exchange process.
